Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the purchase of services and digital products provided by PalmBit LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We aim to provide high-quality B2B automation and educational content, and we maintain a clear policy regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and compliance for our clients.
1. B2B Automation Solutions
1.1. Install and Setup Fees
- All "Install Fees" or "Setup Fees" associated with our B2B solutions are strictly non-refundable. These fees cover initial resource allocation, environment configuration, and labor required for deployment.
1.2. Subscription Fees
- Free Trial: For products from our catalog, we may offer a 3-day Free Trial (unless otherwise specified). Clients are responsible for canceling before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
- Refund Request Window: For paid subscriptions, a refund request must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the transaction. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
1.3. Custom Development (Turnkey Projects)
- Hours Worked: Fees paid for completed development hours or milestones are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before completion, a refund for the remaining unused balance may be requested.
- Deductions: Any such refund is subject to a 5% administrative fee and the deduction of all transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Wise).
2. PalmBit Learn (Educational Products)
- Service Commencement: Educational services are considered "rendered" once the Client accesses the personal dashboard or opens any course materials. Once access has been initiated, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Subjective Assessment: We do not issue refunds based on subjective evaluations (e.g., "I already knew this material" or "the content style does not suit me").
3. Technical Refunds
If a technical issue on our side prevents access to a purchased product or service:
- The Client must report the issue to our support team.
- If the issue is not resolved within 72 hours of the report, a full refund for that specific item or service period will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Professional Services
The following specialized services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Technical Audits and Consultations.
- Architecture Planning and Technical Specification (TS) development.
- Short-term specialized tasks and one-time consulting.
