• Agreement by Payment: By paying an invoice issued by PalmBit LLC, the Client confirms their acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.
• Subscriptions: For subscription-based B2B solutions, payments are recurring. It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain valid payment information. Detailed billing cycles are specified in the individual Service Agreement or Invoice.
• Educational Products: Access to "PalmBit Learn" or other educational materials is provided upon receipt of full payment.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the specific non-refundable terms regarding "Install Fees," "Custom Development Hours," and "Digital Educational Content."
